What steps are you taking to ensure the health and safety of artists and patrons at your events?
ARC Music Festival places the health and safety of our attendees, staff and local Chicago community as a top priority. As the global situation is changing everyday, our team continues to closely monitor the COVID-19 pandemic, best practices from event organizers across the industry and technology made available. A comprehensive safety plan and protocol will be made available in advance of the event based on state and local regulations. Organizers are closely monitoring state/local guidelines on the matter and will be communicating the necessary policies and requirements to attendees closer to the event.
What if the event is cancelled or postponed?
No risk purchasing: If the festival is postponed or rescheduled, your festival passes will automatically be honored at the rescheduled date. Should you be unable to attend the new date, you can request a refund within 30 days of announced rescheduled date. If the festival is canceled, your festival passes will be automatically refunded directly through our ticketing vendor.
Where are the service fees and other hidden costs during the checkout process?
When our team buys festival tickets, we don't like seeing one price upfront and then having service charges/fees hidden behind the check-out page. With ARC, what you see is what you get with our all-in and upfront pricing.
